Group Training
We offer regular small group training sessions all year round, these run for 45 minutes. They are a great introduction for clients who are wanting to experience training at Uplift PT Studio. Also a very cost effective alternative to getting additional sessions into your week. The sessions will vary each week depending on what mood the team are in! However, you can guarantee you will get a full body workout with a range of training styles including:
The Sessions
We run 3 small group session each week.
Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 6pm & Saturday morning from 7:15am,
All comprise a mix of resistance and cardio exercises.

Team Bonding
We also offer special group trainings from sporting teams to work groups and anything in between! Catering for the specific needs of each group to help you reach peak fitness. Perfect also for the off-season or pre-season to keep your team in fit or to get back to peak fitness.
